We apply our trauma-assumed, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy methodologies to best support and empower clients and their families. AND Cooperative is dedicated to building safe and nurturing relationships, tailoring our approach to meet each client’s specific needs. Parent Coaching/ Collaboration

Parent support is central to our mission when it comes to the values-based creation of family systems that are supportive of all members of the neurodivergent household, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapeutic modalities. Employing real-life examples, decision-making and perspective-taking are navigated creating more foundational family relationships rooted in understanding and acceptance of the neurodiversity found in each family.

Neurokin Groups

Weekly virtual support groups focused on building community and belonging, lead by our educator Alex Detzner.

Professional Development

Neurodivergent people belong in the workforce, and they and their employers may require additional support and coaching to design an inclusive environment for Neurodivergent talent.
